Loan signed!

Thank God!

Our loan finally approved after 2 weeks locating the new place (HDB flats) which will be our nest for the next 5? 10 years?

Got the OCBC loan, interest rate ?
1st year : HBR - 1.25 %
2nd year : HBR - 1.00 %
3rd year and so on : HBR - 0.75 %

OCBC HBR = 4.5%

So, we are working for the bank for the rest our life... lolx! All my money goes to this house.

And this is another step nearer to the new place.... waiting for appointment with HDB.
